In despair!

Five years have passed since I chucked a hi-profile white-collared job at the US Consulate to be what I am today: A Journalist... “who would change the way people think; who would fight for freedom, truth and justice; the one who would bring revolutionary changes with her weapon, the Pen; the one who would do her bit to purge this world of all ills and see that happen.”
Wish someone had warned me that the inside world of so-called journalists is darker than the outside world; where for every ‘Anna’, there are a million corrupt, avaricious ‘babus’ who, at the slightest protest by their right-thinking, righteous colleagues,  turn into ferocious demons of death...  I’m sad, very sad today n helpless too!!

  2. thats what happens in every sphere. Be it journalism or teaching. We never know the intrinsics unless we are neck deep into the muck. The real one among us are those who remain neutral and upright - no matter what comes.
And you are among one of them.
    Looking forward to more posts
